Deal Sourcers charge a sourcer fee, which is paid directly to them before you secure the deal.
Estate Agents do not charge a sourcer fee, as they are paid via the property sale commission.
PropertyOp verifies every user's identification and ensures compliance with government-approved property redress schemes, AML and insurance, providing you with peace of mind.
What makes a good deal?
In our book, a flip/renovation, rental or large development project that provides at least 5% return on the money you originally invested.
